What is Getbit Lite?
Getbit Lite is a cryptocurrency workspace with market discovery, trading charts, order history, wallet views, and portfolio tools. Public pages introduce the product; personal account screens require sign-in.
Can I use market and trading screens without an account?
No. The current application requires an account and sign-in for markets, trading, portfolio, and wallet screens. The public product guides and risk disclosure can be read without registering.
Why might a market category have no results?
The list combines the selected category, ranking, and search query with available asset data. Clear the search and select All to broaden the results. If the app reports a connection error, retry after the connection is restored.
What if I cannot sign in?
Check your registered email address and complete email verification. Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page if you have forgotten your password. Expired verification codes must be replaced. Keep codes and reset links private.
Are deposits and withdrawals always available?
No. Availability depends on platform configuration, account eligibility, and supported assets and networks. Review applicable fees, limits, custody arrangements, and status before taking action. Never assume an unsupported transfer can be recovered.
Does Getbit Lite offer futures trading?
The current product focus is spot-market tools. Futures are in development and are not presented as an available feature. There is no confirmed launch date on this site.
Do charts or market rankings guarantee returns?
No. Prices and rankings are market information, not investment advice or guaranteed execution prices. Market data may be delayed or unavailable, and trading can result in the loss of all funds committed.
