Getbit Lite / Security
Account safety starts with clarity.
Security controls reduce certain risks; they cannot eliminate loss, outages, or unauthorized access. Understand the service before trusting it with an account or funds.

Account controls
The application uses email verification, password hashing, session-based access tokens, and rate limits on authentication requests. Password-reset links and verification codes are time-limited. These implementation controls are not a security certification or a guarantee against compromise.
Protect your sign-in
Use a unique password and check that the address is getbitlite.online before signing in. Keep email codes, reset links, API secrets, wallet private keys, and recovery phrases private. A support request should never require you to publish these details.
Understand permissions and custody
An exchange API connection can carry different permissions, including withdrawal permission. The label API-connected does not mean non-custodial. The platform's actual fund-control and execution arrangements are under review; do not rely on an unverified custody claim.
If access looks suspicious
Secure your email account and reset your Getbit Lite password through the official sign-in page. Do not send funds or disclose sensitive data to an unverified person claiming to provide support. A confirmed incident-reporting contact still needs to be published.
