The Futures page is a paper-trading simulator. Opening a simulated position does not submit an order to Bitget or another exchange, does not create a live futures contract, and does not represent a promise that the same result could occur in a real market.
Real market context, simulated path
Getbit Lite requests public USDT futures market information and an initial reference price from Bitget. After a simulation starts, the displayed 60-second path is generated by Getbit Lite. Its intermediate movement and terminal value are not live Bitget trades, candles, or executable prices.
Outcome independence and verification
The server independently generates the terminal movement without using whether the user selected Long or Short. A cryptographic commitment is recorded when the simulation starts, while the seed and terminal value remain hidden until completion. The reveal can then be checked against that original commitment.
Futures Wallet effect
A simulation requires available USDT in the internal Futures Wallet. The simulated amount is reserved for the duration, and the calculated paper profit or loss is applied once when the run completes. The resulting value remains part of the same account-wide total shown across Getbit Lite.
Understand leverage and loss
Leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and a short timed demonstration cannot reproduce liquidity, slippage, liquidation, funding rates, fees, outages, or market gaps. Simulation results are educational examples, not investment advice, performance evidence, or a forecast of future returns.
